Registration for all medical information needed for clearance for Winter 2025-26 Varsity and JV  sports is now OPEN on Family ID. Here is the link to registration:

Varsity and JV sports will start on Monday, November 17th.

All Winter athletes need a current physical (a current physical for Varsity and JV winter sports must be dated on or after November 1, 2024). All new physicals should be completed on the NYS School Health Examination Form. Dr. Padre, PRSD school physician, will be in to conduct health exams on Thursday, November 13th at 8:00am in the high school health office. Only students playing winter sports who still need a physical can schedule a health exam with Dr. Padre on that date. Modified winter sports registration will open on Monday, November 4th. Modified winter sports will start on Monday, December 1st.
